Dorset Motorhome hire booking charges
We commit ourselves to no-nonsense clear pricing and unlike many we include gas and linen free of charge. Please browse our interactive booking calendar below which will let you know if the dates you require are free or alternatively Contact Us for availability. Booking cannot be confirmed until full driver details are provided but prices are fixed as shown below. A fully refundable insurance and damage deposit of £1000 is required, the following contractual Terms and Conditions are available to be downloaded for your information. Payment by all major credit cards are accepted for each transaction. Other payment methods are accepted on enquiry. Speed up the process by simply sending us a completed Booking Enquiry Form. We will then confirm insurance availability from your details and if you wish to go ahead we will then issue a Booking Acceptance. This process must be followed before payments are made online.
Local and Long term bookings can result in reductions on standard hire prices subject to enquiry. Daily hire is available off-peak, but the minimum of one week of hire is usually required in peak times notably throughout June-September. Bank Holidays are charged at peak rates. Short breaks usually must be a minimum of 3 days and European hire is approximately £50 more than standard hire per week. These costs do not include breakdown cover which can be arranged separately within UK.
